Ordering

When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to www.bestkeptsecretclothing.co.uk for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.

The simplest way to order is by using our secure online ordering service and paying with your credit/debit card or PayPal account. Simply select your product, click Add to Basket and follow the instructions

Your contract for purchases made through www.bestkeptsecretclothing.co.uk is with Best Kept Secret Clothing and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.

Delivery

We will do everything we can to dispatch your goods on the day of your order. During busy times, especially when we have sales and promotions, your order may take a few extra days to arrive. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of receiving your order, we will inform you, then if you wish, you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

Postage

Royal Mail Confirmed Delivery £3.95, 2-5 days. Please note that a signature is required for this service and you should bear this in mind when giving us your preferred delivery address. If you or someone at the address is unable to sign for the package it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

Refunds and Exchanges

You may return new, unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective etc.) As long as the goods are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the package. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit.

Our Right to Terminate

Best Kept Secret Clothing reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

You fail to make payment to us when due.

You breach any of our terms and conditions.

If requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity.
